“REFUND POLICY

$200 booking deposits are non-refundable. Hunt rates are reserved for two seasons beginning the year you book. Our payment policy requires $200 at time of booking, $800 immediately upon drawing a license, and the balance due 45 days prior to hunt. Failure to adhere to payment and application dates will forfeit your deposit/payments and your hunt will be made available to other qualified hunters. If you do not draw a license this year you have two options, you can purchase a preference point and we will reserve your hunt for the next season or you can choose to hunt a different species. If you book a combination hunt and did not get drawn for one of the species the deposit money paid will be applied to the species you did get drawn for. Hunt payments, except $200 booking fee, will be refunded under the following conditions: (1) In the case of the death of the licensee, any person who has authority to represent the decedent as provided by a court order shall submit a written request for a hunt refund supported by a copy of the respective death certificate; (2) In the case of the death of the licensee’s spouse, parents, grandparents, lineal descendants and their spouses, step-parent, step-sibling, step-children, father-in-law, mother-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, step-son-in-law or step-daughter-in-law, the licensee shall submit a written request for a hunt refund supported by the respective death certificate. The date of death on such certificate shall have occurred during the regular season, resulting in the licensee not being able to participate in the majority of the regular season; (3) In the case of incapacitating illness or injury of the licensee supported by a physician’s sworn statement; (4) Individuals who are not able to participate in the majority of the regular season for the species specified in Commission Rules and Regulations during the year for which the license is issued as a result of a court subpoena, jury duty, Grand Jury investigation or attorneys required to attend criminal cases. A certified copy of the court document shall accompany the written request for the hunt refund; (5) When the Wyoming Department of Fish and Game determines one hundred percent (100%) of the hunting opportunity and access to the hunt area has been closed due to administrative actions of the state or federal government in closing of the public access to publics lands due to a natural disaster; (6) An error on the part of the Wyoming Department of Fish and Game or it authorized agent where the applicant has been issued a license not requested; (7) Any youth licensee may be granted a hunt refund if the youth licensee’s opportunity to hunt is jeopardized as a result of any license refund granted by the Wyoming Department of Fish and Game. (8) Any military deployment or mandatory transfers. No refund will be given if the written request for refund is received after December 31st of the calendar year in which the hunt was booked and paid for. Refunds shall be denied where the hunter hunted for the designated species of his paid hunt during the year for which the hunt was scheduled.
